Digital Government is the use of ICT to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public sector operation and service delivery; or alternatively, the use by governments of ICTs to transform relations with citizens, businesses and within government. Digital government promotes and improves stakeholder contributions to development, as well as deepens the governance process.

DIGITAL SERVICES
We currently offer the following Digital services to all Government Departments and Agencies at the National, Provincial and District Government levels. The Digital Transformation Officer of these respective public bodies can enquire via the onboarding online form.
DOMAIN NAME SYSTEM
All Government public bodies and Departments can now re-delegate all their domain names (.gov.pg) to the Government Cloud Platform.
EMAIL HOSTING
Government public bodies can now host and manage their own Email Services.
VIRTUAL PRIVATE CLOUD
A virtual private cloud (VPC) is a secure, isolated private cloud hosted within a public cloud.
APPLICATION HOSTING
Government public bodies can now build, deploy, host and manage their own websites on the Government Cloud.
